About the Outfit: I know Cloe Bowie's outfits can look a little childish at times, and so I really tried to bring a little more maturity into this one. Cloe wears a pair of black skinny jeans that have a high waisted skirt attached. Paired with that is a v-neck, button-down dress shirt that carries a black tie over it. The heels and socks just felt right.

About the Outfit: I'm not so sure where you'd wear this outfit. It has a costume type of vibe to it, so probably to a party of some sort. I think the v-neck tee gives the tie a more youthful appearance, and white gloves make everything like cooler; I think white gloves remind me of mimes, and so yeah -- that's cool.
